Update a webhook subscription

PATCH/v1/webhooks/{id}

Needs a bearer access token with the webhooks.write scope. How authentication works

Changes a subscription's target_url, which events it listens for, or pauses it (status: "disabled") without deleting it — useful while you're debugging your own receiving endpoint, so you don't lose the subscription and its history in the meantime.
