List course categories

GET/v1/course-categories

Needs a bearer access token with the courses.read scope. How authentication works

The categories courses are grouped under (e.g. "NDIS Training", "Manual Handling") — useful for building a filterable course browser, or just for labeling a course's category in your own UI without a second lookup per course.
