GET/v1/seats

Needs a bearer access token with the organizations.read scope. How authentication works

For every course your organization currently has purchased seats for (bought directly, or as part of a package), returns how many seats you have, how many are already assigned to learners, and when they expire. Scoped entirely by your access token — there's no organization id to pass. Call this before POST /v1/enrolments to avoid a 400 for a course that's already full.
